Let's Go Hiking Cereal Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancakes:

  • 1 ½ c flour, all purpose
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt, kosher
  • 1 T sugar, granulated
  • 1 ¼ c milk (¼ c more if wanting a thinner batter)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T melted butter, unsalted
  • 8-16 T Bear Naked® Triple Berry Granola (1-2 T per pancake)

Garnish:

  • Bear Naked® Triple Berry Granola
  • pecans
  • raisins
  • freeze dried fruit
  • dried coconut
  • pecan syrup

Directions

1) In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar

2) Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and melted butter, mix until smooth. Some lumps are ok

3) Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat

4) Pour, or scoop, the batter onto griddle, using approx. ¼ c for each pancake

5) Sprinkle cereal onto pancake batter

6) Once bubbles form all over, flip and cook other side

7) Garnish
