Bear Naked® Triple Berry Granola Chia Bowl

Products Used: Bear Naked® Granola Triple Berry Crunch

Ingredients

  • Chia Pudding
  • 1 ½ cups Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbs. Agave
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla paste
  • 2 cups Bear Naked® Triple Berry Granola
  • 1 cup Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Flake Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Toasted cashews, rough chopped
  • 4 sprigs Mint

Directions

1. For the Chia Pudding: Mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, agave and vanilla paste in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, Check to see if pudding is thick enough, if not add 1 more Tbs. of the seeds. This should be the consistency of tapioca.
2. For assembly: Place ½ cup of the chia pudding in a bowl. On one side, mound granola. On the other side, place the banana and mango. Fill in the opposite sides with the toasted coconut and cashews. Garnish with mint.
