  • .5 ounce vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground espresso
  • 1/4 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1.25 ounces Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola Without Raisins
  • 1/2 tablespoon chocolate shavings

  • 15 ounces chocolate pudding
  • 5 ounces whipped topping
  • 5 ounces plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground espresso
  • 3/4 tablespoon cocoa
  • 10 ounces whipped topping
  • 12.5 ounces Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola Without Raisins
  • 3/4 cup chocolate shavings

Directions

For 1 or 10 Servings:
1. To create chocolate-espresso mousse blend chocolate pudding, whipped topping, yogurt, ground espresso and cocoa.
2. Build parfait by alternating layers of chocolate-espresso mousse, granola and additional whipped topping into a parfait cup.
3. Garnish with chocolate shavings and sprinkle with cocoa.
