Churro Cakes with Sweet Cream Apple Sauce

Ingredients

Kellogg’s® Apple Jacks® Churro Cakes

Applesauce Cream

  • 2 cups Sweet Cream Foam Creamer
  • 1.5 cups Applesause
  • 1 cup Churro Fries - sliced into 1/8” slices
  • 2 tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar

Directions

1. Blend the pancake mix with Applesauce, Cold Water, 1 Cup crushed Kellogg’s® Apple Jacks® and Cinnamon. Batter should be thick.

2. Cook pancakes on griddle.

3. Blend the Cold Foam Creamer and Applesauce together then set aside.

4. Mix together the Churro Slices and remaining Kellogg’s® Apple Jacks® Cereal with the Cinnamon Sugar.

5. Assemble by layering the Pancakes and the Applesauce Cream three times. Top with Kellogg’s® Apple Jacks® Cereal Churro Crunch Topping.
