Ingredients

Crunch Chicken

  • 5 oz. Chicken Breast, cut into 12 equal pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. SPG Seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic)
  • 1 each Large Waffle Cone
  • 2 oz. Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Whipped Cream (see below)
  • 1/2 cup Liquid Whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal, finely ground
  • 3 oz. Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal, coarsely ground
  • 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz. Maple Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce (see below)

Maple Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 - 3 Cold Water or Milk

Directions

Maple Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce Preparation Instructions
1. First ensure Cream Cheese is at room temperature and softened.
2. Blend Maple Syrup into Cream Cheese and gradually fold in the Marshmallow Sauce.
3 Blend in the Water, and/or Milk and mix together until desired consistency is achieved and sauce is completely smooth.

Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Crunch Chicken & Waffle Cone Preparation Instructions
1 Prepare waffle cone per manufacturer instructions. Chop Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® cereal in food processor to a course grind and sift the cereal through a fine mesh, keeping the fine grind and course grind separate.
2. Dip the entire tip of the cone in the Maple Cream Cheese Sauce and then coat in course chopped Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® cereal.
3. Combine 1/4 cup of Course Cereal and Panko Bread Crumbs together.
4. Season chicken chunks with SPG Seasoning and completely coat in the fine ground cereal, then dip into Egg Wash, and finish coating in the Cereal Panko Mix until well coated.
5 Place into pre-heat 350ºF fryer and cook for 2 to 2.5 minutes or until fully cooked.
6 Fill waffle cone with Chicken Chunks and drizzle with Maple Sauce, then top with Whipped Cream and more Course Ground Cereal.
7 Serve with a side of Maple Sauce for dipping. Garnish with Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® cereal skewered frill pick.
