Ingredients

Biscuit

  • 1/2 cup Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal Milk (cereal soaked and squeezed)
  • 2 cups Biscuit Mix
  • 2.75 oz. Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. each Orange Zest, Lime Zest, Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 cup Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal, (crushed)

Filling

  • 3 tbsp. each Lime Yogurt, Cherry Yogurt
  • 28 pieces Mandarin Orange Segments

Directions

1. In a bowl, blend Biscuit Mix, Kellogg’s® Froot Loops®, Milk, Orange, Lime, Lemon Zest and 1/2 cup of the crushed Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal.
2. Use a #24 scoop and flatten Biscuit Dough to be 1/5” thick. Place on greased pan and bake for 12 minutes in a 450ºF conventional oven. Let cool.
3. Slice Biscuits in half and place 1 half down, top with Lime Yogurt, sprinkle Crushed Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal, top with other half and place Cherry Yogurt with Crushed Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal, repeat 1 more time using Lime Yogurt and garnish with 6 Orange Segments and more Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal.
