  • 1/3 csugar, granulated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Directions

Dough: 1) Preheat oven to 350°F 2) Spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray 3) In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder 4) In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract 5) Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until no flour bits remain, do not overmix 6) Spoon batter into the donut cavities, or into a piping bag to pipe into donut pan, filling ¾ of the way 7) Place pan in oven and bake 8-10 min 8) Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. (cool enough to handle but still slightly warm) Make the glaze: 1) In a medium bowl, whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon 2) Add 1 Tbsp of milk, and whisk to combine. If glaze is too thick, add additional milk ½ tsp at a time 3) Pour Kellogg's® Apple Jacks®, dried apple, and brown sugar toppings onto a plate 4) Dip one side of donut into glaze, then onto topping 5) Place glazed and topped donuts back onto rack to set up
