Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® Crusted French Toast Sando

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® Cereal, crushed
  • 2 oz. Cage Free Liquid Eggs
  • 2 slices Pepper Jack Cheese, sliced
  • 1 oz. Green Chile Aiole
  • 3 oz. Cooked Ground Chorizo
  • 1/2 oz. Arugula
  • 2 slices 3/4” Texas Toast
  • 3 oz. Unsweetened French Toast Batter

Directions

1. Lightly batter Texas Toast with some Egg Wash and coat in crushed Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes®. Cook on griddle until golden brown.
2. Pre-cook Chorizo and drain, add Eggs and bake in loaf pan until fully cooked.
3. Spread Green Chile Aioli on both sides of Texas Toast.
4. Add cheese to Chorizo/Egg mixture.
5. Assemble sandwich, adding Arugula on top. Cut into half or quarters and serve.
